Isojiman "Pride of The Sea Shore" Honjozo Sake (BTL 720ml)

This honjozo is all dressed up! It's made with the most luxurious Hyogo A Grade Yamada Nishiki polished down to 55%. Using Isojiman's own house yeast and soft water from the Minami Alps in which is located in the neighboring prefecture of Yamanashi. A light and silky texture is contrasted with a complexity of aromas and flavors including: white mushrooms, muscat grape, cream, melon, and mint. 

Honjozo is a type of sake that has alcohol added to it after pressing. This allows the sake to be stable for several weeks after opening.
